The QuickBooks software we use allows Radi Grit to attach bills/invoices, bill of sales, and additional financial documentation directly to the related transactions within QuickBooks. This allows for easy access to the backup documentation for review by the Board or Management. This style of process accounting has also proven to be extremely helpful for the preparation of audits. The digital archive system we offer significantly cuts down on the time auditors spend doing field work. Reducing the auditors research and field work time reduces audit fees/costs for the firm.
